Agreement

By using SyncBit you agree to these terms. SyncBit transfers your Fitbit data into Apple Health at your request.

Purchases

Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase or a yearly subscription, billed through your Apple ID. The lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewals. The yearly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Free tier

Where offered, the free tier syncs a limited set of metrics. We may change what is included in free and paid tiers for new users; changes never remove data already written to your Apple Health.

Not medical advice

SyncBit moves numbers between services. It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. Do not rely on synced data for diagnosis or treatment; consult a healthcare professional.

Data accuracy

We translate Fitbit's measurements to Apple Health's format as faithfully as the two platforms allow, but we cannot guarantee either platform's accuracy or availability. Fitbit and Apple may change or restrict their services at any time.

Acceptable use

Use SyncBit only with your own Fitbit account, and only as permitted by Fitbit's and Apple's terms. Fitbit is a trademark of Google LLC; Apple Health is a trademark of Apple Inc. SyncBit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either.

Liability

SyncBit is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including data loss within third-party services.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. We may discontinue the service; active subscriptions remain governed by Apple's refund policies.
